Now Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper
We are looking for a reliable and experienced professional to handle bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable.
General duties
Bookkeeping & financial reporting
Payroll processing
Payroll taxes
Bank Reconciliations
Month-end closing
Quarterly Inventory
Paying bills
Taking business calls and providing general office support
Requirements:
Prior experience in bookkeeping and payroll – we are not able to train
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel is required.
Schedule:
Part-time: 3 days per week in-office
