What a summer it’s been! 😅 we have been busy on so many projects, for so many awesome people. So many moving parts. So many deadlines, expectations, long days, and honestly alot of fun along the way. These projects happen and are completed with quality and pride, thanks to our experience and standards, and great subcontractors, suppliers, our customers, and our families!

Check out this masterpiece. There were so many intricacies and thoughtful decisions made for this one. The pictures don’t do it justice. This is a forever HOME. Thanks to Alex and Shahnee for trusting us with your beautiful custom home!

We just about have this home remodel complete. The project originally consisted of the master bath remodel, after they had a water leak. Then, we moved into the master bedroom, down the stairs, the main floor facelift, widening out the main floor bathroom doorway, re-sizing a closet in the process. And replaced 6 windows. New flooring and base throughout. Blending the existing finishes and putting a modern touch on things. Repurposed salvaged tongue and groove, making new casing. And found a stain match that you wouldnt even know some of the doors are new. We think it turned out well! Thanks for trusting us with your project! 😊

This winter we wrapped up this BEAUTIFUL kitchen/bathroom/laundry/ entry remodel for our clients. Recently Jenna put together this before and after video to her YouTube page and gave us permission to share it. A couple months ago we gave this space in South Fargo a facelift for the Wellness Way Fargo. They are a chiropractor, but also so much more! Other than a general facelift, we opened up the waiting area in this space. We also converted two offices into the X ray area, completed with lead lined drywall, lead lined viewing window and whooped up a diy countertop. All completing a very welcoming environment for their customers.

This building is owned by a customer we did a home remodel for a couple years ago. He reached out last summer and wanted his airplane hangar heated, insulated, and finished out. We also did a mezzanine and tongue and groove feature wall. Turned out great!

This early 1900's home was brought up to date with a pretty extensive remodel. Customers needed another bathroom so we got creative and redesigned half of the upstairs to sneak a bathroom between the kid's rooms. One room got a larger closet and the bedrooms got a face lift. Old floors got restructured, everything got spray foamed, and new finishes. Mom and dad also got a bathroom remodel, and the stairs got rebuilt and new flooring. All in all, added great value to the home and more importantly, a happy family that now has the amenities they need in their home.
