Wood Framed Structures
ACS engineers have successfully designed hundreds of wood framed buildings since 1986 such as industrial warehouses, commercial store/office buildings, communications cellular phone facilities and custom residential houses.
Steel Framed Structures
These structures include pre-engineered metal warehouse buildings, steel framed buildings for the biotech companies, multi-story office institutional buildings, and custom residential houses.
Concrete and Masonry Structures
ACS engineers have also designed concrete institutional buildings, complex concrete foundation systems, masonry shear walls and retaining walls for a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Seismic Upgrade and Rehabilitation
Our engineers have over 25 years of experience performing seismic evaluation, retrofit, and rehabilitation of concrete, masonry, steel, and wood framed structures. These designs are based on various requirements such as the CBC, UBC, BOCA, SEAONC, and FEMA.
