This happens when you use gutter fill screen guard. It is a triangular mesh 4 ft long that fills the gutter so leaves can't drop in to the gutters. The problem with this system is it clogs up so it also repels heavy rain. We will be removing the gutter fill and installing gutter armor. It's made of aluminum with rigid holes water runs in the butter and prevent this situation.

We opened up a can of worms with this bath room.we don't do many bathrooms. The entire room was glued and nailed paneling even the cieling.

We just finished a total exterior remodel on this house in Union Grove. All new siding, sofit, facia, gutters and the roof. My customer doesn't have to worry about exterior painting or the roof for the next 30 years.
