We are growing our team and looking for skilled tradespeople for both full-time and part-time positions. If you thrive on high-precision, custom work and prefer short, unique runs over repetitive assembly lines, we want to hear from you.
Here is what we are looking for:
🔥 1. TIG / MIG Welder & Fabricator
Experience: 3–5 years (capable of meeting AWS certification standards).
The Work: Custom, one-off fabrication rather than production work. Reading blueprints and working independently.
The Skills: Precision matters. Must hold tight tolerances without warping parts.
Materials: 16 gauge to 1/2" thickness; primarily 304 & 316 stainless, aluminum, and mild steel.
Note: A hands-on welding test is required during the interview.
⚙️ 2. CNC Mill Machinist
The Work: Specialty job shop runs (typically 1 to 10 pieces, some repeating). Great opportunity as we expand our machining area and CNC equipment!
The Gear: Proficient in running HAAS vertical mills. Comfortable running manual equipment for simple operations.
Materials: 304 & 316 stainless, mild steel, aluminum, and some plastics.
Growth: Additional areas of opportunity available depending on your skillset.
