Driver’s license is required. Ability to pass background check.

Licensed is a plus but not necessary as will train.

Pay depends upon experience.

We are expanding and need some help. Ideal candidate will have some back ground in oil, propane, mini split heat pumps, or plumbing. Experience not necessary as we can train the right individual. Background check mandatory and a valid drivers license required. Must have ability to get to work everyday. Looking for someone trustworthy, hard working, and dependable. Due to our increased business, we are in need of some more help. This will be part time with possibility of full time for right candidate. The ideal person will have experience or licensure in oil and or propane heating systems. Plumbing license a plus. Will need to be punctual, hard worker, trustworthy, dependable with clean criminal record. Also needs to have clean driving record and ability to get to work everyday. We have always operated under 24 Hour Property Services and will continue to run that page but we are separating the Heating business and now offer air conditioning therefore we have renamed that part of our business to Simmons Heating and Cooling.
