There’s something so satisfying about making bread from scratch — getting your hands in the dough, learning the little tricks that make all the difference, and then sitting down to enjoy something you made yourself. 🤎

Registration for three of my favorite hands-on classes is OPEN:

🥖 SOURDOUGH
Learn how to make a beautiful, naturally fermented loaf from start to finish — and gain the confidence to make real, wholesome sourdough at home for your family. Once you learn the basics, you’ll have a homemade staple you can make again and again, with simple ingredients you can actually recognize.

🫓 FOCACCIA
Golden, crispy edges. Soft, airy center. Olive oil. Herbs. Need I say more? 😍
Focaccia makes the most delicious side for a family dinner, a beautiful addition to a Thanksgiving table, or something special to tear apart and share with friends & family.

🥨 SOFT PRETZELS
Because homemade pretzels are just FUN!
A great afternoon project with your kids, a family activity, or a cozy weekend treat — and yes, they taste even better when they’re warm from the oven and dipped in your favorite mustard or sauce.

These aren’t sit-and-watch demonstrations. You’ll actually get your hands in the dough and learn how to make these at home yourself.Plus sample in class AND bring home some too!

Come spend time baking, learning, laughing, and leaving with something delicious you made with your own two hands. ❤️

A little note from me 🤎

This fall, All You Knead is heading into its seventh year of baking for our community. Seven years! I honestly cannot believe it.

In all that time, I’ve worked really hard to keep my bread as affordable as possible.

However, the cost of doing things the way I believe they should be done has changed quite a bit. I choose organic, locally sourced, quality ingredients, and every loaf is still mixed, shaped, scored and baked by hand, my hand. Those things matter to me—and I know they matter to many of you, too.

So, beginning with the next menu, AYK will be making a price adjustment across the menu.

This wasn’t an easy decision. I know everyone is feeling the rising cost of just about everything, and the last thing I ever want is for my bread to become a hardship for any of my customers. If that is the case for you, please reach out to me privately. I truly mean that, and I will always do my best to work with you.

At its heart, All You Knead has never been just bread. It’s about nourishing our community and your families with good food, quality ingredients, and bread made by hand with care.

Thank you for supporting All You Knead for nearly seven years—for coming back week after week, bringing my bread to your tables, sharing it with your friends & family and allowing me to keep doing something I feel is so important.

I’m so grateful for you. ❤️

And I hope you’ll continue to see every loaf for what it is to me: something made by hand, with really good ingredients, for the people in our community that I’m so lucky to serve. 🍞
