Getting the job done

Yesterday an inspection when flawlessly. But today we were failed. This things happen and are at time expectable depending on the quality of work performed or the ex*****on of proper codes. But just cause you fail doesn’t mean you don’t get to learn. So take the bad with all the knowledge given as we were delivered with correcting our faults and do better next time. That is our mind frame. That is the ITS1 way.

Not everything is a simple success story. Raypak water heater took us two days to get it going. It went from one thing to another mother during its preseason start up. We did not give up and we worked our ass off for it to work. Yet not everyday is an easy day.
