Officially dried in, just in the nick of time. 🙌

Roof, sheathing, and windows are on at Lot 17 in Osprey Estates, and the rain showed up right on cue. It’s raining outside and we’re dry as can be.

Next up, everything that happens on the inside.

A few weeks ago this was bare drywall. Now it’s a chevron shiplap fireplace, floating shelves, and built-ins on both sides.

And the cabinets are in. Kitchen, island, primary vanity, laundry, closets, all coming together.

Lot 32 in Osprey Estates is available. DM us for details before it’s finished.

Stone is on, the driveway is poured, and the inside is starting to get its personality.

Chevron accent wall, board and batten, a built-in mud bench, and tile going in through the bathrooms.

This is the stage where it stops feeling like a job site and starts feeling like a home.

It’s available. Send us a message if you’d like to walk it before it’s finished.

Anyone can build an RV garage. We build them better.

Because it's not just an RV garage. It's designed to fit any lifestyle.

Yours might be a car collection.
A home gym.
An indoor court.
A golf sim.
A game day lounge.
Or a kid and a bucket of pucks.

Same space. Built around how you actually live.

And our next build takes it even further, with a huge double RV bay. Bigger and better than anything we've done.

What would you build in yours? 👇

Walk-through day. 🔑

Before anyone gets their keys, we walk the whole home together: where the water main and shutoffs are, how everything works, and how our warranty takes care of you after move-in.

Today we went over the final landscaping details too, with the crew hard at work out back. Almost home!

If you’re choosin’… choose your lot. 🏡✨

Four Elevated Custom Homes lots are coming to Chickasaw, and this is your opportunity to get in early.

Choose your lot. Customize your selections. Make it yours.

And if you want even more freedom, Lot 15, Block 3 is open for a custom build with no dedicated floor plan, meaning you can even choose the floor plan that goes there.

So… which one are you choosin’? 👀

Last time we set the forms. Now the foundation is poured, sealed, backfilled and graded, and framing starts Monday. 🏗️

Still early enough to make this one yours. Finishes, colors, upgrades: there's still time to choose. Message us about this home in Osprey Estates.

🏆 1ST PLACE. JUDGES’ CHOICE. BEST OVERALL.

The biggest honor of them all.

At the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes, the Snake River RV was named Judges’ Choice, 1st Place Best Overall.

🏆 Judges’ Choice — Best Overall

Seven categories. Seven 1st Place awards. A complete sweep.
