Recently, the team at Ram Air completed a challenging installation of Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Heat Pumps at the beautiful Gearhart Hotel, located right on the golf course in Gearhart, Oregon.
This project came together through a strong partnership with Pacific Crest Construction, who managed the renovation and helped coordinate the work needed to bring modern comfort solutions into the property.
Installs like this require a high level of precision and planning. Working within an existing structure presented several challenges, but the Ram Air team delivered a clean, thoughtful installation that respected the space while maximizing system performance.
The feedback from tenants and staff has been outstanding. They’re already noticing the quiet operation and efficiency that Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pumps are known for.
Successful projects like this not only improve comfort today, they also open the door to future upgrades. With the results at the Gearhart Hotel, there is already momentum to expand Mitsubishi systems to additional areas of the property.
