Location: Midland/Odessa, TX Area - Applicants must either reside in the Midland/Odessa area or be willing to relocate.

Are you experienced in the oilfield and thrive on building strong customer relationships in the field? American Cementing is looking for a Sales, Field Representative to be the key link between our customers and operations. This is a field-driven role where your presence, responsiveness, and ability to execute make a real impact.

Some Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular onsite visits with current and prospective clients
• Support account plans and field-driven sales goals
• Act as a field liaison between customers and operations
• Provide onsite support for:
o Spud meetings
o Pad moves
o Scheduling coordination
o Ticket review and signatures
• Communicate and document client updates and competitor activity (ARMS)
• Perform other duties assigned to support operational and organizational goals.

Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oilfield services industry; direct cementing experience strongly preferred.
