Another engine failure caused by less than ideal fuel quality. Whether you were unlucky enough to get a bad batch from the pump during the season or brave enough to run fuel that was stored in the machine for a length of time even though it was “stabilized”, we have the answer for the repair. Full sleeve job on a Seadoo 230 to bring it back to life.

Introducing the PowerHouse Performance Watercraft one piece billet supercharger shaft. This shaft was designed to be a direct replacement for the stock 2 piece shaft that was prone to failure when using higher boost wheels in the Stage 3 and up performance category. Utilizes the stock bearings in both the older and newer style SHO and SVHO stock superchargers or you can upgrade to the heavy duty one piece bearing if so desired. Combine this with the PowerHouse Performance Watercraft ET20LB wheel and take your PWC to the next level!

Sleeving another block for a 1.9l turbo build

Just wrapped up another Turbo engine build. This one had no expense spared. This one houses the newly released billet crankshaft and is rated to handle up to about 1200hp. The build list includes but not limited to:

-PowerHouse 4340 Billet Steel Alloy Crankshaft
-PowerHouse H-beam 4340 Billet Steel Alloy Connecting Rods
-PowerHouse 4032 Billet Aluminum Alloy Pistons
-PowerHouse Performance hardened steel head studs
-Riva Stainless Steel Intake and TiNi exhaust valves
-PV Super Single Springs and Titanium Retainers
-Riva Hardened Steel Valve Buckets
-SVHO cams with custom cam gear and valve shim settings to increase low end hit and midrange spool up and pull

Another kit in the mock up process. Went with a Lollipop Blue on this one. Sharp color and will go well with the blue FZR it’s going in.

Nearing completion on this custom build for a good friend of mine. We are both very excited to see how this kit will perform. If it runs as good as it looks, we will be very pleased with it. Should be a low 90’s mph on pump gas and should be a low triple digit runner on race fuel. Would love to see 104-105 mph out of it with the wick turned up to 35-40 lbs of boost but will be happy to break 100 mph on it as it’s not a big framed turbo as it’s primarily a pump gas recreational build and the target is 90-92 on pump gas and that’s where it will run most of its life. I will post results of it when I get the tune dialed in.
