Take this coastal home in St. Augustine Beach: the lot had a unique slope, starting high on the west (garage side) and gradually dropping to the east. Working alongside Capital Concrete & Masonry Solutions and Hicks Land Clearing & Fill, our team engineered a smart solution—beginning with a concrete slab on grade and transitioning to a seven-course stem wall including a beautifully built curved support wall, all within the width of the home.
