Glad to take care of great customers! We were able to install a Heat Pump in the basement and condition both levels of the house so they could eliminate their electric baseboard heat.

Even my own home likes to give me a fit. System needs an outdoor TXV. Good thing it’s only in heating mode that it has issues. 😬😬

Why do we flush water heaters? Dirt and sediment settle at the bottom causing your tank to hold less hot water and be less efficient.

****To all my maintenance agreement customers****

We have switched operating programs and had to manually transfer all of our maintenance program information from the old to the new system. You may have already received emails whether you are due for renewal or not.

- If you typically paid your yearly bill during the fall/winter inspection, your account is active and we will be calling soon to schedule maintenances.

- If you pay during the spring/summer inspection AND I visit in June or August, your renewal will come closer to that time.

- If you pay during spring/summer inspection AND I visit you in April or May, you should have received an email asking you to agree to the maintenance program and pay at the same time. Please accept or decline as you wish.

Sorry for any extra emails. I look forward to seeing everyone this year and as usual, I appreciate you all being patient with me as we continue to streamline the business so we can provide the best service available.
