I didn't have the bottom die I needed so I used some square tube to make one. I was happy with the result...and even happier with the cost 🙂.

Today is lawn day which means every trailer is moved to mow under it.

Before purchasing our piggyback, like most dealers, we used a tractor which was great. However, having side shift, tilt functions, and no clutch makes aligning the ball much faster.

Its ability to turn on a dime, downstack trailers, and unload deliveries makes it very valuable especially if most of your dealership is grass.

This was a unique delivery. The scissor lift trailer is the smallest trailer we build at 10ft long, on top of one of our larger trailers, our 21,000lb triple axle.

Today I was reminded (again) that we need to improve our marketing efforts.

A large company 1 mile down the road did not know we have trailers for rent. If the company down the road is not aware, I can only assume there are plenty of others who could also use this service but dont know we provide it.

I hope this post gets to some of them, as we work harder to get to the others.

Our overhead bridge crane is arguably the most beneficial tool in our shop. Prior to its install, it would take 3+ guys, a forklift, and about 20 mins to flip a trailer.

With this, one guy can effortlessly flip a trailer in about 5mins.
