Why do we use lasers for exterior architectural railings?

When it comes to exterior finishes such as concrete, stone, composite over treated lumber, etc.; true square rarely happens. For instance, this entire project was within ¼" overall, but where mounting points fall, or wall sections meet railing brackets, the height elevation can vary by ½" or more.

Did you know that the ability to bend an 1¼" high-tensile 1045 grade hydraulic tube is quite the feat. Luckily, we know how to correct these disasters. New RAM replacement, cut/square/bevel Tongue shafts, weld to CJP-SOP.

The weather cleared up and we were able to finish installing this pergola. 35' overall. Still to be added is a 12' section attaching to the left side and an overlapping pergola structure in the middle. We love all aspects of a project this big.
