Texas Crew of the Quarter | Austin Water

As the AWCC project approaches substantial completion, we’re recognizing the team that has played a critical role in getting it there.

As Exceed’s largest project to date in our Austin division, AWCC has brought a demanding schedule, material challenges, and extensive infrastructure coordination. This crew stepped up throughout it all, working together to keep the project moving forward.

We were proud to support Colorado’s Walk & Roll to Cure FSHD, bringing together families, friends and supporters to raise awareness and support the search for a cure for FSHD, a rare form of muscular dystrophy.

This event was especially meaningful to our team, supporting a cause that hits close to home within the Exceed community.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to show up, come together and support causes that make a difference in the lives of those around us.

Project Progress | ATC Raleigh Phase 2

Electrical work is wrapping up on Phase 2 at ATC Raleigh.

Exceed’s scope began in Aurora, CO where our team supported onsite installation and coordination as modular units were constructed prior to shipment to Raleigh, NC. Work included lighting and controls, power, mechanical electrical, distribution and feeder systems, and low-voltage infrastructure.

As the modules were stitched together onsite, our team completed conduit, cabling, feeder connections, equipment terminations, and infrastructure supporting BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, security, and telecommunications systems.

A complex scope coordinated across locations from module construction through final installation.

Colorado Crew of the Quarter | Spring Fertility

This crew earned recognition for their teamwork, adaptability, and commitment throughout the Spring Fertility project.

With extensive coordination across electrical, fire alarm, low voltage, medical gas, mechanical, and architectural systems, they kept pace with demanding project requirements while delivering quality work safely and on schedule.

Harvest Hill | Broomfield, Colorado

Another major milestone is complete at Harvest Hill, a new 152-unit affordable housing community.

The behind-the-walls infrastructure is now in place—including power, lighting, fire alarm, structured cabling, access control, and CCTV. Our team is moving into the trim phase and installation of the fixtures and devices as the project moves through its final stages.

Great progress as we continue moving toward completion.

Project Spotlight | SailPoint Technologies

This 13,000-square-foot remodel transformed the space into a dynamic, technology-driven workplace designed for both collaboration and creativity.

Exceed’s scope included specialty power and lighting for a dedicated podcast recording studio, along with custom DMX lighting and controls throughout the main boardroom, offices, and breakroom.

Proud to help bring this workplace to life.

This crew earned recognition for their responsiveness, quality workmanship, and commitment to building strong client relationships across a wide variety of service and special projects.
