A little day job for a very special customer. His son called to say his dad was going to have a heat stroke while grilling. Well, we fixed that. Just waiting on metal for roof, and gutters.

From start to move in, the goal is 5 months on 2,700 sq ft. WCC thinks it will happen. We are almost done with interior painting. Flooring coming, and just finishing. This has been a great job. Progress…….

This has been such a fun build. 6+ months ahead of schedule. This is just a progress post, but to date, remaining items are paint, install of electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and flooring. Master shower is currently being installed and will complete in a day or so. Base will be installed after flooring so there is no need for shoe mold or quarter round. If you are interested in other stages of this project, I have several pictures. Here is what it looked like when we left yesterday.

Progress……Paint almost complete. Considering turf for flat yard. Electrical, plumbing, drainage from the front, flagstone on the wall and sidewalk, new sprinkler system in back and new perimeter fence. Total transformation and it gets better everyday. This is definitely on our list of favorites. If WCC can be of service to you, please give us a call.

This is where we started…..and just a couple of months in we have demolished the entire back deck and built back larger. Added a lot of stem wall to level a portion of the yard. New fencing, new railing, flag stone, new sliding door. New paint and opening up walls on the interior, and the list continues. Just a sneak peek at how far we have made it in a short time.
