The Launch Tech USA team had the opportunity to connect with an independent The NAPA Network group representing 27 stores outside of Atlanta, Georgia!

It was a great opportunity to provide hands-on training, demonstrate our diagnostic solutions, and show how Launch technology can help support technicians in the shop.

Real-World Innovation in Heavy-Duty Diagnostics 🚒

Launch Tech USA is proud to see Lonestar Fire Specialties putting the X-431 Torque AutoHD Pro to work in a specialized application: fire truck pump testing.

By integrating the Torque AutoHD Pro into its workflow, Lone Star Fire Specialties has consolidated functions previously requiring three separate tools into one platform—supporting heavy-duty diagnostics, department reporting, TeamViewer software access, and image documentation directly from the tablet.

The Torque AutoHD Pro has also been incorporated into the company’s training curriculum, helping support a more efficient approach to fire truck pump testing.

It’s a great example of how advanced diagnostic technology can help professionals simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and expand capabilities in the field.
