🍂 A log home in the fall just makes sense.

Boots by the door. A favorite blanket within reach. And windows that make the changing leaves feel like part of the décor. ☕🏡

At Goral Log Homes, we love the character of natural wood and the way a log home feels right at home in Northern Michigan.

What’s on your dream cabin wish list—a big covered porch, soaring ceilings, or windows overlooking the woods? 👇

🍂🏡 Fall Looks Better from a Log Home! 🍁

There's just something magical about autumn in Northern Michigan. The colorful leaves, crisp morning air, cozy evenings by the fire, and the warmth of a beautiful log home. ❤️

Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the porch, surrounded by brilliant fall colors, or watching the leaves fall through the windows of your own rustic retreat. ☕🍃

At Goral Log Homes, we believe a home should be more than a place to live. It should be a place to slow down, make memories, and enjoy the beauty of every season.

🍁 Because some views are simply better from a log home.

Not a bad way to start the workday…

Early mornings, long days, and views like this along the way—we wouldn’t trade it.

🍂🏡 FALL IS BEAUTIFUL… BUT WINTER ISN’T FAR BEHIND!

For log homeowners, fall is the perfect time to give your home a little extra attention before the cold, snow, and moisture of the upcoming seasons arrive.

Take a walk around your home and look for areas that may need maintenance—check your logs and finish, inspect caulking and chinking, clean gutters, trim back vegetation, and address any areas where moisture could become a problem.

A little preventative care now can go a long way toward protecting your investment and preserving the natural beauty of your log home for years to come. 🍁🪵

Not sure what your log home needs? Goral Log Homes is here to help you prepare for the seasons ahead.

Few things are more beautiful than a log home surrounded by autumn color. As the seasons change, it’s also important to inspect and maintain your home before harsher weather arrives.

A little care today can help preserve its warmth, character and natural beauty for years to come.

There’s something timeless about a log home.
Every ring, knot, and natural detail in the wood tells a story—and when those logs come together, they create a home with warmth, character, and craftsmanship you simply can’t replicate.

At Goral Log Homes, we believe the beauty is in the details. From the first log to the finishing touches, we’re here to help create a home that feels just as incredible as it looks.

🍂 Built by nature. Crafted for life.

There’s something special about a log home surrounded by fall color—but the changing seasons can also be tough on the wood that gives your home its beauty and character.

Moisture, temperature swings, falling leaves, snow and ice can all take a toll over time. Fall is the perfect opportunity to inspect your logs, check sealants, clear gutters, look for signs of moisture, and take care of maintenance before winter arrives.

A little attention now can go a long way toward preserving the beauty, strength, and character of your log home for many seasons to come.
