From Ghosts and Lotería to GNGs and Guy Fieri, Pigs in a Blanket and BLTs – even the icon herself, Dolly Parton, made an appearance! The costumes were creative, captivating, and even a bit kooky.

Members from Dunaway's planning + landscape architecture team were proud to attend the ribbon-cutting for Foundation Communities' Burleson Studios!

Dunaway partnered with Urban Foundry Architecture, BEC Construction, and Utz Environmental Services to provide planning + landscape architecture services for this 104-unit supportive housing project that provides accommodations for individuals exiting homelessness.

Funded through Travis County, Texas - Government ARPA support and LIHTC, the development includes on-site services such as case management, mental health support, and a food pantry, along with community spaces, a dog run, shaded courtyard with seating and grills, in addition to EV charging stations, and broadband internet.

Congratulations to the Franklin Family, Parking Systems of America, and
M.L. Leddy's on the ceremonial groundbreaking of the new M.L. Leddy’s Parking Garage in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District.

This 112,000-square-foot facility will provide approximately 246 much-needed parking spaces while thoughtfully reflecting the authentic character of one of Fort Worth’s most iconic destinations.

Dunaway is honored to work alongside Linbeck Group, LLC and Grace Design Studios as part of the project team, providing project management, entitlement services, surveying, SUE, planning + landscape architecture, structural engineering, and civil engineering. We look forward to seeing this vision become a reality and contributing to the continued vitality of the Stockyards!
