Members of Dunaway’s Midland team were thrilled to join the City of Midland, Texas - City Government and community partners in celebrating two major milestones at Beal Park: the ribbon cutting for Phase 1 and the groundbreaking of Phase 2.

As a proud partner on the Beal Park Master Plan update, we're excited to see this vision continue to take shape. Phase 1 has delivered new turf and natural grass soccer fields as part of the ExxonMobil Soccer Complex, while Phase 2 will bring even more community-focused amenities, including a custom splash park, signature playground, amphitheater, additional soccer fields, shade structures, and more.

Once complete, Beal Park will feature 63 soccer fields, 2,000 parking spaces, and a variety of recreational amenities, creating one of West Texas’ premier destinations for sports, play, and community connection.

Dunaway was honored to be a part of Cristo Rey Fort Worth College Prep and Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory of Houston's work-study program for the fourth year in a row!

We are thrilled to have six brilliant minds work with us in both our Fort Worth and Houston offices over the past year in a variety of disciplines, including civil engineering, GIS, and environmental. This year, we also had the opportunity to see our first 4th-year student, Hector, graduate, which made the experience feel truly full circle.

Through Cristo Rey’s work-study model, local businesses cover about 50% of the tuition, while also providing the students an opportunity to earn their tuition and gain real-life experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to support these students and look forward to watching their continued growth!

Dunaway’s own, Ross Eubanks, PE, SE, was proud to join the Anchor Construction team last week at the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals ( ) Inshore Invitational in the City of Galveston, Texas - Government.

Not only did the team place 3rd in the competition, but more importantly, they raised money for the Building Tomorrow Foundation, which funds graduate-level CRE scholarships for the next generation of industry leaders.

We’re proud to support organizations like ACRP, which are making an impact in our community and in the greater Gulf Coast region. Congratulations to all involved!
