This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Associates will be expected to load conveyer belts by picking products from pallets and placing them on the conveyer belts. Depending on where an associate is located in the warehouse the associate may be asked to load/unload trucks and anything else required by leadership.

Monday - Friday

4:30 pm Until Finished (8 - 10 hr Shifts)

(First two weeks of training start at 7:00 am)



Requirements:

Must have the ability to stand and work for the entire shift.

Must be able to work overtime if the operational demands require.

Ability to move up to 25lbs

Heavy Lifting Positions with Increased Wages Concord, NC

Repetitive heavy lifting of items ranging from 25 - 75 lbs. and extended periods of standing and walking will be involved. Must be a reliable Team Player. Flexibility in being able to work multiple areas and perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

Shifts:

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 1:30am (Tuesday - Friday)

Weekend Shift: 6am-6pm (Sat, Sun, and Monday)

*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED*

Lunch: 30 minutes

Salary: $16.75 - $19.00/hour plus production (shift differentials)

Requirements:

· Ability to lift heavy objects ranging from 25lbs. to 75lbs. consistently throughout and entire shift by hand, team lift or the use of forklift.

· Maintains and cleans work area, machines and equipment via the use of a broom, rags and cleaning compounds.

· Loads/unloads materials on to or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand while using a scanner.

· Loads materials on to vehicles. Installs strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage, while in transit through the use of hand tools.

· Transports materials to and from storage or work sites through the use of hand truck, electric dolly, forklift or other devices.

· Counts, weighs and records exact numbers of product moved or handled on a daily production sheet.

· Attaches identifying tags, labels or marks with information to cases, bales, or other containers.

· Stacks and assembles materials into bundles. Bands bundles together through the use of a banding machine clincher and wrapping machine.

· Performs basic mechanical repairs. For example, realigning belts or replacing rollers through the use of hand tools.

· May occasionally operate an industrial truck or forklift.

· Ability to adapt to the needs of the client.
