Today, we’re recognizing several exceptional team members who have contributed 20+ years to our mission. These women and their expertise have consistently elevated our teams, operations, and customer experience every day.
💙Afat Mirza Mohammad
As our Logistics and Invoicing Coordinator, Afat has been an essential part of the Ocean journey for nearly three decades. Her precision and depth of knowledge keep our global operations running smoothly and make such a meaningful impact on our team.
💙Bianca Luimes
With over two decades at Ocean, Bianca serves as Finance Manager for our EMEA operations and plays a vital part in maintaining the financial strength and operational stability of our company. Her steady guidance is felt by all of us who work alongside her.

Martina has dedicated more than 27 years as a Production Assistant, playing a key role in the manufacturing process at our logistics center in Ostfildern, Germany. Her steady expertise supports the quality and consistency our customers count on every day—and we deeply appreciate the heart she brings to her work.

Elizabeth, as a Key Account Contact Specialist, has spent 22 years ensuring our customers feel supported at every step. “Her knowledge, consistency, and genuine care show up in every interaction—and that’s a big part of why customers continue to trust Ocean Optics,” says Wallace Latimer.

Tara, a Customer Service Specialist for 21 years, has been a steady and trusted guide for customers navigating questions, orders, and support needs. Her dedication and problem-solving mindset make a meaningful difference every single day.
