A look at how far this fire rebuild project has come.

The first drone photo shows the early stages of the project, and today the foundation is complete with framing underway. The layout of the home is starting to take shape, giving a clearer picture of what’s being built.

Every phase brings new progress, and we’re excited to continue documenting the work as this home moves forward.

A lot of the progress right now is happening below the surface.

Right now, the team is focused on site preparation and footings, building the base that will support the structure above. These early steps may not be the most visible, but they’re some of the most important parts of the build.

Once the foundation work is complete, we’ll move into framing and start seeing this fire rebuild home in Altadena take shape above ground.

Project Palm, our Altadena rebuild, is officially moving into the next phase. 🏗️

Framing is complete, the MEPs and HVAC are in, the roof is on, windows and doors are installed, and exterior lath is underway.

With the major work behind the walls in place, we’re getting ready for drywall inside and stucco outside.

Another big step forward on this Altadena rebuild. 👏

Foundation and slab are complete, and framing is officially underway for this project in Altadena.

Everything is starting to take shape as the first floor comes together. Walls are going up, and you can finally see the rooms, openings, and layout that were only lines on the plans before.

There’s still a lot of work ahead before this one is complete, but this is where the structure starts coming together and the vision begins to take form.

We’ll keep sharing the progress as Project Lake moves forward.
