According to Carneglia, "Over the past several years we have observed a shift in consumer spending. Five years ago, our clients were looking to build new homes however the recent economic downturn

has caused them to rethink their real estate investments. They are now looking for opportunities to make investments in their existing properties. It's this trend that really compelled me to launch VCG Construction."
