Safety comes first at JCM! Today was day one of First Aid and CPR certification training days for our fabrication shop team. Led by our Fabrication Shop Manager, we’ve launched First Aid and CPR certification training for every team member in our fab shop, because looking out for each other matters. We’re proud of our team for stepping up and gaining these life-saving skills.

Chili feast day at the main office! 🌶️🔥
We had SIX different types of chili with all the fixins, and let’s just say no one left hungry. The snow is starting to melt, but it’s still chilly enough outside to justify heating things up inside. Nothing like a warm bowl of chili to bring everyone together for an afternoon refresh. Good food. Great people. Even better conversations.

Punxsutawney Phil is predicting six more weeks of winter ❄️after seeing his shadow! With freezing temperatures 🥶sticking around, it’s the perfect time for a jobsite safety check-in. Watch for freezing pipes, protect exposed systems, and make sure crews have what they need to stay warm while working in cold conditions. Winter prep helps keep job sites safe and productive.

At JCM, our employees are the heart of everything we do. To show our appreciation, especially for those working through the cold, we hosted an Employee Appreciation Lunch at Dominion Square. The team enjoyed lunch from Potbelly’s, a raffle, and some well-earned time together.

Please join us in congratulating Juber A.V. on being selected as our October Employee of the Month!
Tony, our foreman, along with his field leadership team, recognized Juber for the fantastic work he’s doing with hydrostatic pressure testing. He’s been smoothly transitioning from W/V to Dom Water, handling a challenging part of the project with skill, consistency, and a great attitude.
Juber is always on time, brings positive energy to the team each day, and continues to push this portion of the project forward. Thank you, Juber, for your hard work and dedication!
