Our Appliance Center in Rantoul is 1 of 3 independent stores in Champaign County. 32 million dollars of Appliances were sold at the retail counter in Champaign County, and of that 10 million or there about may have been sold by one of the three of us. The balance of the 32 million was sold by the big box stores with no service department to back their products sold. Call us we have same day delivery and a service department to back the warranty. We are in need of another experienced appliance service specialist, who is also interested in treating the customer right with option to invest the repair $$$ into replacing the old appliance. We also have indoor part time sales opportunities availability for weekends inside our new store.

James Lareau, and I and our Supervisor pictured we are replacing one of two Refrigeration systems at a local grocery store about 1 hour 20 minutes northwest of Champaign.

I would also like to mention this grocery is counting on us. We have help them from loosing thousands of dollars of inventory.

With that said we appreciate all of our customers their patience waiting on us . We are completely snowed under due to the weather. We take refrigerators, and refrigeration as a priority. If this was your business or home refrigeration/ refrigerator we would provide the same quick response. Washer, dryers, dishwasher, other project may take a pause. We apologize for any inconvenience. I personally take full responsibility for missing two washer, a dyer calls, we received a 1 star for my failure to communicate with customer I completely overlooked the schedule was focus on the task of trying to save a grocery store from losing product.
We are growing faster than I can control it. We have raised our rate still doesn’t slow the customer calling request our services.
I had a customer tell me we outrageously high was calling someone else. What customers don’t under I’m pulling $150,000 of truck and trailer (cheap loaners trailer) down the road that doesn’t come with discounts. That is almost 40 years of experience that is my rate with personalized service. I will not apologize for that. The grocery store comes first in the moment. We have a small niche is residential appliance service, and new appliance sales we bring the store to your table, and Commercial Service with a focus on small grocery store refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment repairs, Restaurant kitchen equipment repair.
The residential HVAC has to many competitor fighting for a small piece of the pie. So we have decide to do something that is being ignored. We will back quickly doing what we are good at bring our appliance store to the table

Purcell Service LLC will operate has Purcell Commercial a Purcell Service LLC company. April will be leading the charge with Dad in tow. The commercial business concise of Commercial Service RTU HVAC, repair, and maintenance, small grocery store refrigeration, and equipment repair will be our main focus and target customer, Purcell Commercial will also provide Grocery store and Restaurant kitchen equipment repair service.
Purcell Service has already been providing this service been receiving calls from smaller grocery stores the mom and pop stores around central, IL we been proving meat grinder repair was recent repair at a small grocery store. Many refrigeration calls.
