Our Rittal team in Urbana, Ohio recently spent the day with nearly 100 kids from across Champaign County as part of the The YMCA Summer Camp’s annual manufacturing week.

Led by Sarah Chamberlin and Brandon Williams, our team gave campers ages 5–12 a hands-on introduction to manufacturing, complete with custom “enclosures” created by MIKE COFFMAN on our Packsize machine. Paavana Srinivas, one of our Industrial Engineers, also shared what it’s like to work as an engineer and the role she plays in bringing our solutions to life.

One of our favorite parts? Hearing how many campers already recognized the Rittal name because a parent or family member had worked with us. ❤️

We’re proud to be part of the Urbana and Champaign County community, and even prouder to help introduce the next generation to all the possibilities a future in manufacturing can hold.
