We recently completed this whole-house remodel in the Johnston area. This was a great project that included a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and new flooring and paint for the entire home.

This Ankeny customer needed a new window installed as part of some kitchen upgrades. These are some progress photos (in reverse) of how I make that happen. Demo (interior & exterior), framing, window install, siding, drywall, texture, paint. Much simpler to do this prior to installing the new wall of cabinets.

Another successful deck build in Grimes. This one was with TimberTech Antique Leather and black Westbury aluminum railing. We also installed an aluminum pergola kit for some shade.

We recently wrapped up this deck project in Ankeny. This customer chose the TimberTech Antique Leather with a bronze aluminum railing. The homeowners also had a massive Pergolux pergola installed at the same time. This was the third deck that we completed on this street in the last year - we’re honored that clients feel comfortable referring us to their neighbors!

Another great kitchen project completed in Urbandale. This one was more of a remodel of the entire first floor. The project included new cabinets, countertops, all new flooring and paint for the main level, and many other details. In the end, the client was extremely happy with the result, which is exactly what we aim for.

Wow, what a project. It took contributions from many different trades for this one to come together. The client made some great cosmetic and color choices, and this is the end result.

This project included a tear down of the original deck, with a rebuild of a four season room and new deck space. The four season is climate controlled with a mini-split, and will be a great place to watch a game on the big screen or enjoy some peace and quiet with the electric fireplace. There is also plenty of room for family time or entertaining with more than 500 square feet of new composite deck.

This is a kitchen remodel in Des Moines that we finished last year but didn’t get a chance to post any finished images yet. This one was fairly extensive - we opened up a wall to create a space that flowed from kitchen to dining room a little better, and upgraded the entire home’s electrical at the same time. We have been at it on this project for a while now, but it’s exciting to see our framing completed and the next phases begin. We tore down a very large deck and we’re replacing it with a 4-season room and new deck. Looking forward to sharing the finished result in a few weeks.
