We were called out to look at a geothermal system that was struggling to keep up while operating in heat pump mode. The system was frequently relying on its auxiliary electric heat strips to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.

During our thorough diagnostic of the indoor unit, we discovered a small seepage of refrigerant coming from the indoor coil. The giveaway? A shiny, somewhat slippery residue on the coil, which is a classic sign of compressor oil escaping alongside a small refrigerant leak. &Cooling

We've successfully installed the Carrier Performance Series 90,000 BTU Furnace for efficient heating in the winter months. In addition, they also now have the Carrier Comfort Central Air Conditioner, which will provide them with relief during hot summer days. Finally, to ensure optimal functionality of these new installations, we also installed a Carrier Evaporator Coil, helping in maintaining indoor comfort and improving energy efficiency.
