We’re Hiring: Construction Office Administrator

As Cope Builders continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who understands that accurate financial records, organized systems, and strong administrative processes are just as important as quality craftsmanship.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction accounting, QuickBooks Online, payroll, and job costing who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and helping a growing company operate more efficiently.
You’ll work closely with ownership and our Project Manager to support the financial and administrative foundation of our business while helping us build the next chapter of Cope Builders.
📍 Vacaville, CA
💰 $30–40/hour, depending on experience
