Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician specializing in installations and diagnostic work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and diagnosing a variety of HVAC systems to ensure our customers stay comfortable year-round.

Responsibilities:
Perform installation of new HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify issues with existing HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC problems efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all work meets local code requirements and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations clearly.
Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on installation and diagnostics.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
