We are seeking a reliable and experienced full time CDL Truck Driver to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Heavy Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy equipment and materials to various jobsites. The driver will ensure the safe operation of the truck and comply with all traffic laws and regulations. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to safety regulations. Experience in loading and unloading heavy equipment on trailers for heavy hauling is preferred.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- Experience in operating and maintaining commercial trucks
- Knowledge of and compliance with transportation and traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to load and unload heavy equipment safely
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in construction or utility industry is a plus
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
-Some weekend and overnight work will be required
-- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of loading heavy equipment on and off of trailers
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
