OLA provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for the new Learning Lab addition at Rippowam Cisqua School in Bedford, NY.

Designed to encourage creativity and collaboration, the new space features a double-height math lab, writing lab, flexible classrooms, and collaborative learning areas. The new addition creates a welcoming environment that supports students and faculty while bringing new opportunities for learning and innovation.

OLA is working with NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital on an energy audit and decarbonization study of its 350,000-square-foot facility. The goal is to create a practical roadmap for reducing energy use and emissions over time, supporting NYP Westchester on its path toward net-zero emissions by 2050.

The completed project transforms the hospital's ground floor into a welcoming environment with updated finishes, a reconfigured lobby, and dedicated spaces that support Calvary's family-centered model of care, creating a comfortable setting for patients and their loved ones while enhancing the overall visitor experience.

OLA is providing commissioning services for the transformation of One Pace Plaza East at Pace University. The project will reimagine the Pace campus with new classrooms, creative arts and collaboration spaces, a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center, and renovations to Maria's Tower, supporting a more sustainable campus while enhancing the student experience. Renovations are anticipated to be completed in Fall 2026.
