So, today we had the opportunity to watch the filming of one of our client’s homes, for an upcoming streaming commercial. Our friends and trade partners at brought in the professionals to capture the essence of this “one of a kind” custom home. Our gracious client hosted a house full of videographers, production managers and Big C Lumber representatives during the shoot. In advance of the professional’s work, here is a sneak preview of this special home. Enjoy!

Design Trend Alert!!! Beverage Bar as a design element is a trend that we can get behind! Incorporating a gathering element to the functional use of a beverage bar is genius. Two of our clients successfully incorporated this space into entertainment areas of their new homes. One as a hub off the pool and great room, the other as a quite space away from the busy kitchen space. Each perfect for the clients needs and intended use.

It’ about Time…… for an Exterior Update!!! These buildings have a lot of life left in them, but need a contemporary exterior finish to match their prime location. Tone on tone color combined with textural variations will help bring things back into scale!

Exterior design, massing and material studies at different phases of the process. The 1st sketch is at concept stage of design. The second is at the end of construction document phase to contemplate materials makeup. I look forward to posting the finished elevation in about a year from now! Let’s go!
