Found this Generac gem not starting, at first look it would crank normal, but struggled to run then died, checked the choke working fine , next then checked the Throttle plate and seen this wore out part., didn't have a new one on the truck but was able to order a new one hopefully mid week we will get it up and running correctly.

So just when you think everything is good, Life is going just fine and it's time for the yearly generator service, this is in a few of the cases, when it's discovered that squatters (four legged type) have moved in, they didn't put up a mailbox or a address on the cover of the generator, they just moved in. In this case they squeezed in threw a rusted corner of the removable door of a older unit, the good news is the only damage done was to the air filter and obviously bringing in all this nesting material.

The names of the squatters have been given to the home owners and available upon request.
We didn't need to contact the police or DNR

This time of the year is about the middle of the heating season, this is what a cracked heat exchanger looks like, the symptoms that this roof top unit were experiencing was , it wasn't keeping the space up to temperature and the fan was only blowing cold air.
With a new heat exchanger installed, we also replaced the high limit and flame roll out switch, gas valve adjusted, and temperature is comfortable now
