Josh takes us through one of the new 1,650 sq. ft. suites at 121 West Phase 2 and shows exactly how he’d set it up for a pressure washing company.

In the warehouse, he’s bringing the trucks inside, adding racking for everyday equipment, creating a dedicated area for soft wash supplies, and using the 19x17 space behind the offices for pallets, incoming inventory, and long-term storage.

Then it’s time to run the business.

The back office becomes home base for the sales team with room for a conference table, while the front office becomes reception—answering calls, handling leads, and keeping everything moving.

121 West Phase 2 is Opening! 👀

Josh is giving us one of our final walkthroughs, and these might be some of the most professional flex spaces we’ve built yet.

Up front, we’ve got the new 4x4 windows, commercial glass doors, coffee nook, and private bathroom before heading into the 16x12 back office featuring our new gray accent walls.

But some of the biggest upgrades are in the warehouse.

Each suite features 2 inches of closed-cell insulation plus 5 inches of open-cell insulation, making full warehouse HVAC available in every suite. We’ve also added new interior metal paneling, getting rid of that open-rib look for a cleaner, more finished design that’s easier to maintain.

From the offices to the warehouse, the goal was simple: make these spaces as comfortable and professional as possible for the businesses inside them.

Phase 2 is almost officially open. If you’ve been waiting to see the finished product, now’s the time.
