Give Josh a business, and he'll build you a flex space! PART 2! ⏱️👀

We're back at 121 West Phase 2, and this time I'm throwing two completely different businesses at Josh to see how quickly he can turn an empty suite into their perfect workspace.

🏊 POOL COMPANY: Up front, he's creating a showroom to display products and meet with customers. The back office becomes the operations center, complete with a conference table and owner's desk. Then in the warehouse, he's parking the pool trucks and organizing all the equipment and maintenance supplies.

❄️ HVAC COMPANY: The warehouse becomes home to the service trucks, with two rows of racking for condensers, parts, and equipment, plus a dedicated area for electrical and low-voltage supplies.

And the offices? Josh is switching things up! The back office becomes the sales team's workspace, while the owner takes the front office since most of the business happens out in the field.

Two completely different businesses. One incredibly versatile flex space.
