Your dog thinks it’s a bathroom. Your AC thinks it’s an acid attack.

Dog urine can corrode the aluminum fins and coil on your outdoor AC unit—and eventually that little daily pit stop can turn into a very expensive repair.

Please tell Fido the condenser is NOT a fire hydrant.

“My 2-year-old AC won’t keep up… but it worked fine last year!”

What changed? The roof — not the AC.

After the roof was replaced, it had top exhaust vents but no lower/soffit intake ventilation.

Think of those roof vents like a straw.
Air goes OUT the top, so replacement air has to come from somewhere.

Without enough outside air coming in from below, the attic can pull cool, conditioned air from inside the house through ceiling leaks and openings.

⬆️ Cool air gets pulled into the attic
🏠 Roof vents exhaust it outside
🔥 AC works harder trying to keep up

Sometimes when an AC suddenly “can’t keep up,” the AC isn’t what changed.

THEIR FOAM vs. OUR FOAM

Customer Complaint:
“My spray-foamed house won’t maintain 72° when it gets above 95° outside and the temperatures are climbing to 78. Please come fix my AC!”

What We Found:
The home was only 2 years old, but there was barely 1 inch of spray foam separating the garage from the attic.

The problem wasn’t the AC. The building envelope wasn’t doing its job.

Our Solution:
We brought the insulation up to the proper depth — 5.5 inches in the roof deck/attic areas and 3.5 inches in the wall cavities.

The Result?

The customer called back when it was 102° OUTSIDE:

“My AC is maintaining 70° inside!”

🔥 103° outside. 70° inside.

That’s the difference between simply having spray foam and having spray foam done right.

There once was a guy named Noe,
Who makes commercial HVAC look easy all day.

From rooftops to plans,
He’s the man with the answers in hand,
And somehow keeps every project underway. 😎

Commercial Specialist by title,
But Mini-Split Guru by fame,
Give him a Mitsubishi problem,
And Noe’s already calling it by name. 😂

When everyone else is scratching their head,
Noe takes one look and knows what to do instead.
“Check the wiring… check the charge…”
Then somehow the thing is running before lunch,
Because apparently Mini-Splits just speak Noe. 😂

He keeps the commercial jobs moving,
The mini-splits cooling,
And the rest of us wondering
How he knows ALL this stuff.

So today, put the gauges down,
Ignore the service calls for a while,
Because even the Mini-Split Guru
Deserves a birthday cheer and a smile! 🍻
