What We Offer:
-Part-time hours with potential to grow into a full-time role
-On-the-job training and mentorship from the owner
Real-world experience in plumbing, heating, and cooling systems

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
-Keep job sites clean and organized
-Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
-Work closely with the owner and lead techs to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications:
-No prior experience required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude
-Dependable, punctual, and professional
-Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environment’s
