On this build the customer wanted a really nice beefy boathouse with a couple hundred feet pier and a few bells and whistles including painted, trimmed out ceiling with recessed lighting,stained decking, fish cleaning table, boat lift, fishing lights, and deck lights !! Customer wanted to be able to winch his boat up out of the water and have a floating dock that would rise and fall with the tide and last a life time ! Well he got it ! This dock is stout, framed with all rough cut 2.5 marine treated lumber, all stainless steel hardware with composite decking, and foam filled floats it will literally last a lifetime!! Finished up on a piling restoration project for a customer having issues with his boathouse piles rotting out we also raised the elevation of the piers,installed new stringers, headers,decking,and wrapped all existing piles to prevent further damage from barnacles and worms!
