A look inside the shop at another heavy fabrication project taking shape.

Work at this scale takes careful planning, precision, and a lot of coordination from start to finish. It’s the kind of work our team is built to handle.

Here’s another look at a current E-house project in the shop.

This project is similar in scale and approach to some of the drill rigs we build, with much of the fabrication and assembly being completed in-house before it heads to the field. Not shown in this video is ANOTHER story of modules that will go on top!

From above, you really get a sense of the scale we’re working with. Projects this size require some serious organization within the bays — we’ve only got so much room to work with while keeping current projects moving and making space for the next stage.

That’s why the planning starts well before a project ever hits the shop floor or a torch is lit. Every piece needs its place, every move needs to be thought through, and everyone needs to know what’s coming next.

A well-organized plan upfront keeps the work moving efficiently once the sparks start flying.

These precision-fabricated steel components play an important role in the larger build. Every piece is manufactured to exact specifications before becoming part of the finished project.

We had to go aerial to capture the massive scale of this project! As shown, the pedestal is over 21' W x 240' L

That's only the pedestals...we're fabricating two stories above that too 😉

Stay tuned for more exciting updates in the weeks ahead of this MASSIVE fab!

Going vertical!

Seeing work of this scale in the shop never gets old. This E-house project is similar to our drill rigs. Not just in size, but also with design, build plan, and "turn-key" approach - maximizing the work completed in the shop to reduce effort in the field.

We're proud to partner with K4 Solutions and play a role in bringing this project to life.
