When the galvanized coating is thiccc, muriatic acid does the triccc ☢🧪

Using muriatic acid to chemically remove hot dipped galv from our weld joint. Don't try this at home.

The most important thing you can do as a business is to value your customers and fight for their business!

I'm not saying that the customer is always right, I don't believe that's true in every situation. But... even so, the difficult customer can be incredibly valuable to your business.

Fundamentally believing that you won't give up on making your customers happy does great things for your business.

--It often allows your problem solving skills to become much more creative, finding solutions or compromises that never would have happened if you cut off your customer. Helping you retain a client

--It solidifies and strengthens the trust other existing customers have with your business when they see your tenacity

--often times getting through a difficult problem with a customer will actually STRENGTHEN the customers loyalty.

How you handle difficult situations and problems reveals your character as a business. Everyone is watching you closer than you think and evaluating accordingly.

Customers are your lifeblood, treat them as such and they will reward you tenfold!
