A long term client in downtown Portland had security issues with their commercial building. We helped them design and update their lobby with adding a security wall and door to secure the second floor.

Our team of professionals accomplished this project using our project management, design, construction and customer service skills. In an environment of safety and team work.

We have put up our Johnson Construction NW banner on our new commercial tenant improvement project in Camas that we were awarded! A two story mixed use space consisting of a coffee shop, community center and retail on the 1st level designed by Access Architecture.

We are thrilled to work with our client that is a non-profit to bring their vision to life to hire adults with disabilities and create a place for them to gather and belong. We are passionate about building/renovating spaces that help people and make a difference in our communities.

We love to serve our clients. A shelter in Vancouver needed the flooring replaced in 30 rooms.

Our company was referred to them because of a previous flooring project. They also needed a column repaired and now it looks brand new.

See the pictures from the beginning to the finish. Our commercial client in downtown Portland needed to secure their stairs in their lobby going to the 2nd floor due to security issues. Our solution was to build a wall to secure the stairs and install a door and window

Our team managed the project from design, drawing of plans, submission for plan review and permitting. We performed demo, steel framing, drywall, painting and installation of new carpet. We coordinated scheduling subs and inspections.

Johnson Construction NW completed another project for a valued long-term commercial client in downtown Portland. Our dedicated team of subcontractors, along with our skilled supervisor completed a much needed concrete and caulking project. Great job to everyone involved!

Our clients hired us to renovate their kitchen and living/dining room spaces. We removed a wall and upper cabinets in their kitchen to open up more space.

We removed the carpet and installed LVP flooring, installed new cabinets, created a new pantry and installed new quartz countertops. As well as new french patio doors.

Our team of subs, vendors and project manager finished this project quickly and within budget.
The best part of our business is working with our clients and creating new beautiful spaces that they love.
