We use what we make. ✅

US Digital’s E6 motor encoder mounts directly to a motor or other rotating shaft. That's why we use it on our own SMT Line to track movement of the parts magazine as it loads component trays. The E6 uses the same quality housing as many of our other encoders and is designed for easy install/removal.

The E6's precision aluminum hub with its Mylar disk, in combination with our optical encoder module, creates a system that is highly resilient to misalignment.

The sky's the limit with the E4T.

Our E4T mini motor encoder mounts directly to your motor. This incremental encoder uses a specially patterned optical disk on a precision-machined aluminum hub. The E4T comes in 19 resolutions, is compatible with 11 shaft sizes, 2 base configurations and 2 cover styles. You can also choose between single-ended or differential outputs.
