" I am very impressed with Revival Heating & Cooling – from the initial project estimate and then throughout the project work. We had attic, floor, and exterior wall insulation added, and some of the work was done on a part of the house that is more than 85 years old.
The estimator (sorry, I’ve lost his name) made a thorough review of our home, and it was his estimate that sold me on Revival. I had a number of companies provide estimates, and while they gave many details, in many cases it was difficult for me to be sure of the exact work and materials proposed. In Revival’s case, the estimator showed me pictures on a tablet of the actual materials to be used, and how they would be applied. Importantly, I was shown three project options across a range of prices. Also, Revival directly handled all the state energy rebates for the project, simply deducting them from the total project cost. Other companies required me to personally handle the energy rebates.
The main crew of Eli, Meng and Corey worked really well together and always made sure to keep our home and the job areas clean. At the end of every day, they left the house exactly as they’d first found it. When they worked in an attic off a bedroom, I was impressed by the way they first meticulously covered everything. Even more so, I was reassured with how seriously they took the project – with a goal of ensuring a good outcome, not just completing it. When I reviewed one of the attics they’d filled, I was amazed by the amount of insulation blown-in, the loose insulation dam they added, and the insulation panel installed on the inside of the attic’s entry door.
The exterior walls of the old part of the house were filled with insulation from the outside. And while I knew there would be some damage to the siding as a result, I was thrilled to see how little there was in the end. They really did leave the siding ready for me to just make paint touch ups to bring the house back to its original condition.
