Pretty excited to share this one — we just finished putting together plans for a triplex right on the Columbia River. 🌊

Each unit has its own floor and private entrance, and the layouts are designed so everyone gets those unreal views and sunsets. The spacious two units are 3 bed / 2 bath, and the bottom one is a 2 bed / 2 bath with its own big deck looking out over the water.
