All NT homes are backed with a 2-Year Workmanship, 2-Year Systems, and 10-Year Structural Warranty, so you can buy your new home with confidence and peace of mind.

✨The Workmanship Warranty covers a range of things, but for example, drywall cracks and nail pops would fall under this.

✨Systems covers things like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

✨Structural covers major structural components, like beams and roof trusses.

Fortunately, really bad things happening with your new home are rare, but it’s still better to choose the builder with the longer warranty - just in case!
