Portland’s push toward middle housing is reshaping the future of urban development. According to the City of Portland, more than 1,400 middle housing units and ADUs were permitted between 2021 and 2024 following the Residential Infill Project zoning changes, with many of those projects concentrated in inner east Portland.

We’re underway at our newest project on Southeast Morrison in Portland—a six-unit residential development currently progressing through insulation, exterior siding, and utility trenching.
