Hello,

Montgomery county has officially moved to level 2, and in alignment to our last update, we are going to plan to move forward with a 2nd shift startup. This will be a full production startup, and coordinating communication will begin.

We can’t stress this enough in times like these- your safety, health and well being are our utmost priority. We ask that you please make a reasonable and safe effort to make your way in, and please exercise extreme caution when doing so. We are continuing to ask that you please communicate quickly and thoroughly on your situations with your direct supervisors, so that, with your help, we can plan a successful startup.

Hello,

1st shift will be cancelled today, 1/26/26, and we will be planning to conduct start up on 2nd shift at the regularly scheduled times - while additionally, staying in alignment with continuing our shutdown for the time Montgomery county is at a level 3 snow emergency. Communication on alignment of 2nd shift startup will be sent out accordingly.

Again, your health and wellbeing are paramount - we ask that you please communicate as quick as able on situations to help us keep scheduling in alignment.

Good evening,

We hope everyone is staying safe during this winter storm.

Our county has been declared a Level 3 snow emergency, so we will be cancelling production until the snow emergency is reduced to a Level 2.

What this means for you:
No 3rd shift production tonight.
We will monitor the situation closely and will re open as soon as the county issues a Level 2 declaration.
Even under Level 2, we ask everyone to exercise caution when traveling to and from work.

This decision is taken with the utmost priority for the health and well being of our associates. We ask that you communicate directly with your supervisor so that we can make the proper scheduling adjustments.
