Backflow Assembly Testing
ABT does backflow assembly testing and repair throughout Ventura County. Lori has Ventura County backflow tester's certification and will be renewing her AWWA tester's certification. Lori will also be taking her Cross-Connection Specialist's certification in the near future. Water System Treatment and Operation
ABT currently operates and maintains several water districts and small reverse osmosis systems within Ventura County and has helped private owners with water quality problems. If it has something to do with water, ABT will get asked about it. We've walked several districts through State and County permits to become a small water system. ABT has set up chlorination systems, corrosion control systems, small reverse osmosis systems and water softening and carbon filtration systems. Each water quality issue is looked at as an individual problem and addressed accordingly. Chlorination Services and Fire Flows
ABT has helped well owners work through contamination issues by chlorinating and flushing the system. ABT also does chlorination for new construction of main water lines, buildings, and commercial properties. ABT is asked to do fire flow calculations of fire hydrants on occassion and that service is also available.
